Thank you for visiting and shopping at AEKE Smart Home Gym. We are committed to providing you with the best shipping options in the USA. Below you will find the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time. Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it; Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.

For shipping outside the USA, we do not currently offer delivery. Please contact support@aekesmarthomegym.com if you have questions.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses AEKE does not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Coverage of Shipments AEKE currently ships only within the United States. Should there be any specific areas undeliverable by our shipping agents, we will contact you via email and arrange a refund.
Shipping Charges and Taxes The unit price does not contain shipping fees; shipping fees will be calculated automatically when you place an order according to your detailed address. Buyers shall pay for taxes if any. AEKE is not responsible for delivery failure should buyers refuse to pay for taxes.
Shipping Notice Please contact our Support Team if you have any specific shipping requirements via support@aekesmarthomegym.com. Before making a payment, please verify your address. If you enter the incorrect address, please contact our Support Team ASAP. We will contact logistics to address this problem. We cannot guarantee that your order will be updated if you request a change of address after the package has been dispatched. You are also in charge of any risks and costs associated with changing the address after the order has been dispatched. In order for us to effectively deliver your items, please make sure that the name, address, and contact details you provide when placing an order are accurate.
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.
- Shipping address cannot be changed after shipment is made.
Delivery Delays While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or carrier-related issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.
AEKE Smart Home Gym is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 7 days at support@aekesmarthomegym.com with pictures or videos showing the damage to the package.
