Common Questions

Where can I find my Order ID? Your Order ID is included in the confirmation email sent to you. It typically looks like #1234.

My tracking status hasn’t updated? Please allow up to 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier (FedEx/UPS/Freight) to update their system. Since this is a large freight item, scanning updates may be less frequent than standard parcels.
